that this conveyance is subject in every respect to said D~claration
~of Condominium and exhibits thereto (and amendments, addendums and/or
supplements to said Declaration and said exhibits), ~ncluding, but
not limited to, the said Membership Agreement~(and amendments,
addendums and/or supplements thereto). Grantee-acknowledges that
each and every provision of the aforementioned documents and all
exhibits and schedules thereto are essential to thE successful

as a residential condominium of the highest standards, and Grantee,
