FOR-VAL[TB RBCEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay ta the order of

Brice, D., 12063 South Indiaa River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, or such -
other place as the holder hereof may designate in Writing, together with ia-
terest from date at the rate of eight percent (8X) per anaemi on the unpaid
balance until maturity. The said principal and interest shall be due and -
payable in 60 monthly installments of $1,Q00.00 priacipal,-plus interest,
. com0encing oa the 4th day of February, 1977 aad contin_ving on the 4t~ day
~ of each and evesy month thereaf ter until the 4th day of lanuary, 1982, ,-at

If default be made for 15 days in the payment of say installment _

out notice. Pailure to ezercise such option shall not constitute a vaiver
of the right to exercise tbe same ~n the event of s~bsequent default. After.
maturity both principal and accru~ed interest shall bear interest at the rate
of lOx per aanus uatil paid. The maker and endorser of this note further
waives demand, notice of nonpaynent and protest. I~ this note i~ not paid
at-maturitq and tbe same is placed With an attorney for collection, the
maker and endorser hereof agrees to pay all costs of collection, including
- all court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
This note is secured by a mortgage on real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida. ~
