Purchaser, by ~cceptance and exccution of this Receipt,
acknowledges that this purchase of a.condominium anit at OCEAN ~
VILL~IG~ OF tIUTCHINSON ISLAtJD is subject in every respect to thQ ~ `
Declarr~tion of Condominium as to the condominium in which his unit
is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not limited ~
to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration or referred to
therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy i
of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser,
and all Amendments to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the
Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants~and '
Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser ~
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said ~
Ueclaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, +
and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregving is
essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo-
minium property and is in the best interests and for the benef it of ~
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all.owners of parc~ls in the
afor-edescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and - ~
every provision of said Declaratfon of Condominium and Exhibits ~
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves ~
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium 3
~and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the-assessment under i'
~ the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the E
` provisions tYiereof are reasonable, fair and equitable,, and said Pur- ,
chaser acknowledges and confirms that the Decl~ration of Covenants
and R~strictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumbered
and irapressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyecl to ~
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the~said ~7eclara-
~tion of Covenants.and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa--

Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser conf arms
that all-warranties, representations and.inducements if any, are as
' contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the
Property Owners! Association and other charges are estimated only.
No warranty or guaranty is made Qr intended, nor may one be relied
{ except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed in ~
