PLirchnser, by acceptance and execution of this Recefpt,
acknowledges that this purchase of a condo~?inisim unit at OCEAN
VILLAGC O~'IiUTCHINSON ISLAtiD is subject in every respect to the
Declaration of Candominium as to the coridominium in which his unit
is located and Exhibits attached thereto, includinq but not limi~ed
to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration or reterred to
therein), the By-Lacvs of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the ltules and Regulations, copy of projectecl.operating budget, copy
-of snles brochure and floor plan oE apartment purchased by Purchaser,
and all Amendments to the afore~aid Declaration and Exhibits and the
Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser
fnrther acknowledges receipt of and reading and ~xamination of said
Decl~ration, its_Exhibits, a~d budget, sales brochure and floor t~lan,
arid acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is_
essential to the successful operation and manaqem~nt~oF_the Condo-
minium property and.is in the best interests and for the benef it of
~11 the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners oE parcels in the
aforedescribed Condominium'covenant and agree to abide by each and_
every provision of said Declaratio:~ of Condominium and Eahibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto, and aqrees that~the assessment under
thc Property Owners• Association documents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur-
chaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declarva'tion of Covenants ~
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encUmbered
and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to - ~
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said~Declara- ~
tion of Covenants and Restr-ictions o~ the Property Owners' Associa-
