and severally. if more than one, and shall be masculine. feminine and/or neuter. wherever the conte:t so implies or admits.

S. To plue and continuously keep on the buildings now or hereaiter :ituate on said land fire and windstorm insurance
in the usual standud policy form, in a sum not less than the highest insurable value, in snch company or companies as may be
approved by uid Mortgagee; and all such insurance policies on any of said buildings. any interc:t thenin or part thtreof, in
the aggregate sum aforcsaid or in excess the~eof; sha11 contain tiie usua! standard mortgagee clause making Ehe lou under said
policies. euh and every, payable to said Mortgagce as his interest may appeu, and each and every wch policy shall be -
pmmptly delivercd to and held by uid Mortgagee; aad, not lea than ten days in sdvance of the expiratan of each policy. to
deliveT to :aid Mongagee a renewal thereof, tosether with a rcceipt for the premium of wch renewal; and there shall be no
such iasurance placed on any of said buildings, any interest therein or put thereof, unleas in tbe form and with the bss

have the option to receive and apply the same on ucount of the indebtedness secured hereby or to pern~it uid Mortgagor to
receive aad use it or any put thereof for other purposes without thereby waiving or impairing any equity, lien or right uader
or by virtue of this mortaiage: aad in the erent uid Mortgagor shall for any reason fail to keep the said premises ~o insurcd, or
fail to deliver promptty any of uid policies of insurance to said Mortgagee, or fail promptly to pay fuUy any prcmiwn there-
