Purchaser, by acccptance and execution oF this Receipt,

DeclarAtion of Condominiu:n as to the coridominium in which his unit
is located and Exhibits attached thereto, includinq but not limited

therein), the Sy-Laws of thQ Associati.on~ Articles of Incorporation, _

and all Amendments to_the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the
Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser -
further acknowledqes receipt of and reading and-examination of said
Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan,
and acknowledges that each and every provision of_the foregoinq is ~
essential to the successful opera~ion_and management of the Condo-
minium property and is in the~best interests and for the benef it ~f
all the owners therein. Purchaser and~ all owners of parcels in the
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and -
every~provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Eahibits ~
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration.of Condominium ~
and~Exhibits.attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under
the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair-and equitable, and said Pur-
chaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaratior? of Covenants ~
and Restrictions of the Property Oc,~ners' Association has encumbered
and ir.?pressed a lien upon the Condomir~ium parcel being conveyed to ~
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said aeclara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property 4:~ners' Associa- _
