Mortgaqee and/or the City of Fort Pierce for the reimbursement of any such intere

The Mortgaqee with the execution hereof covenants and aqrees that upon default
and payma~rt by the City of Fort Pierce of the amount of principal and interest ~
then due and owing after a default that the Mortgaqee will assign the herein
