WASREAS, AQUA RABSLLA. INC. h~s petitioned the Board of
County Com~aissi~ners of St. Lucie County, Florida to vacate
the~hereinafter described portions of the plat of Wind~aill Villaqe
by the Sea, Unit II, as recorded in Plat 8ook 16 at page 31 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, an$
. WH$REAS, notice of intention to apply to said Board of .
County Conuaissioners to vacate said portions of said plat was
qiven by leqal notice published on November 1 and 8, 1976 in the
News Tribune, a daily newspaper published in St. Lucie County,
Floricla, and _ -
_ WHEREAS, said petitioner has shown conclusively that it is~-
the owner in fee simple of all of the lands in said subdivision
souqht~to be vacated and that all taxes for.the year 1976 and :
pribr years have been paid. - _ ~
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting a~sembled this -
16th day of November, 1976 as follows: -
