and the Caurt having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finda and determinea: ,This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties
and subje~t matter of this suit;-that the relation of.husband and
wife naw exists between the partiea; aad that the marriage between.
the parties is irretrievably broken and ahould be dissolved. Itis
thereupon ~ ~ - ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
' 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between AAR.OLD H. -
GOLDMAN and SAIRLEY P. GOLDMAN be. and-the same is herebp dissolved
