. THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard and-tlie
~ parties having entered into_a Stipulation and the court having^ _
given;full consideration to a11 rhe evidence, finds and
_ determines: This Court ha~ iurisdiction.of the~parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
_ ~wife now exists between the parties; and tihat the marria~e
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDCED as follows: -
_ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
- CY~IA Y. STEPHENS and EDDIE E. STEPNENS be and the sa~e is
hereby dissolved, and the parties_and each of them are
hereby forever freed fYOm the bonds of raatrimonq heretof_ore
- existing between them and from the obligations_arising there-
from. -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of MELISSA STEPHENS, minor child
~ of the parties is hereby awarded to CYNTHIA Y. STEPHENS with ~
~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to EDDIE E.~STEPHENS.
3. SUPPORT. Co~anencing the 17th day of"January,
1977, EDDIE E. STEPHENS shall paq to CYNTHIA Y. STF~HENS -
the sum of $25.00 each and every week for the support of the
~ minor child naned above until said child reaches ma~ority.
marries or becomes self-supporting.
Each payment shall be nade to the Clerk of this -
CouYt and by him-Yemitted promptly to CYNTNIA Y. STEPHENS.
