of.December, 1976, upon Connplaint, Default, ~nd Affidavits as to -
costs and reasonable attorney!s fees beirig filed herein, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is-thereupon ordered
and adjudqed as follaws: .
. _ 1. The defendants, Dennis Holder, a/k/a Dennis C. Holder, Jr.,
and Martha Holder, his wife, obtained title. to the follawing de-
' scribed property by warranty deed on July 11:, 1972, which deed is
recorded in Official Record Book 204, paqe 411 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida:

to the Plat of SAEENS SORVEY recorded in Plat
Book l, Paqe 23 of the Public Records of St. -
. Lucie County, Florida, less Public Roads,
Canals, and Rights-of-Way. -

2. On or about the 3rd day of April, 1975, Maule~Industries,
-Inc., the plaintiff, entered into a contract with the defendant,
Dennis Holder, a/k/a Dennis C. Holder, J~., to furnish materials
and perform services~in connection with certain ,~.mprovements being
constructed upon the above described property. Pursuant to said ~

contract with the defendant, the plaintiff furnished materials
consisting of concrete, steel, blocks, etc. for a totaliprice of . -
Forty-eiqht Hundred Ninety-two and 20/100 Dollars ($4,892.20). Plain-
