materials have been acdepted by the defendants. The first~delivery
of material• to the above described property was made on April 3,
1975. No objections or claims have been filed in this cause by
either defendant, and a default hae been entered against both
defendants in this cause.

of said contract price thouqh the same is due, and a judgme,~t be

and the same is hereby entered aqainst Dennis Holder, a/k/a Dennis
C. Holder, Jr. and Martha Holder, his wife, defendants, in the
amount of-$4,892.20 plus $499.17 interest from April 3, 1975,--at
6 percent per annum, together w3.th costs in the araonnt of $91.00.
~ 4. The plaintiff filed its claim of lien for the suma due
` as aforesaid in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of -

5. Unless the defendants, or either of them, sha11 within ~
: ten days from the entry~ of thie judgment pay the plair~~iff or its
attorneys the above mentioned sums plus costs and attorney's fees
as stated herein, the Clerk of the Circuit Couact, after publication

directed.to sell the above described property at the front door of ~
