~ ~6. The plaintiff may biQ at the sale and i~ the plaintiff ie

up to the full atnownt due under thia final judgment.
7. After confirmation.of. the sale, whether confirmation be
= by the Clerk filinq the certificate of title or by order of this
' Court rulinq upon objections to such sale, the Clerk~shall make
distrtbution of proceeds of such sale by payfnq:-

~ a. All costs and e~enses of the proceedinq subsequent

: to the entry of this final judgment, tncludinq-the cost of pub-

> lishinq the notice of sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale
and the costa of state documentary stamps~and surtax stamps affixed
to the certificate of title.

b. The sum herein fourid to be due and owinq to the
` plaintiff as specified in Paraqraph 3--above, plus interest thereon

r at the rate of-6 percerit per annum from the date of this judgment -
~ "to the date of sale, plus all costs of this
~ proceedinq incurred
by plaintiff subsequent to the date of~this:judgment.
} 8. If the total amount realized on said sale exceeds the

judqment, the Clerk shall disburae the surplus as this Court ahall .
hereafter direct by its further order; and if the tc~tal amounts - -
realized shall not be sufficient to pay all such sums, the Clerk

.precedinq_paragraph and shall pay the balance to the plaintiff.
9. ~Upon the confirmation of the aforesaid sale, whether by -
