tutions hereafter pledged or depoaited with the Secured Party.

scribed property includinq, without limitation, citrua cropa.
SUBJECT, ROWEV~R, to the~interest of THE EXCAANGE NATiONAI~,BANK OF
TAMpA and of SEXTON-TALBERT PRODUCTS CO. in crops on the subject
_ propertiea which have becoane qrawing crops in the production seasons
of 1975 and 1976, respectively.
THEREFORE, IT IS_ORDERED_AND ADJUDGED as follows:
11. The Defendants are hereby ordered to pay the amounts set
forth in Paragraph 9 above to the Plaintiff, and in default thereof
I all the reversion. remainder, estate, riqht, title, interest, home-

! soever of the Defendants and each of them in and to the mortgaged
