hereafter grown on the premises, hereby givinq an8 granting unto
Mortg~gee 8 firat arid prior lien thereon~ provided, however, thr~t
such lien shall be and is hereby made expressly eubject a~nd eubordinate
to any crop lie~ or crop moitqage encumbe~inq crops which come into
existence p~ior to foreclosure sale as }~rovided by this martqage.
Any such crop lien or crop mortgage sh~ll not, however, be a lien
prior to this mortqage on any crop c:oming-into existence subsequent
to said foreclosure sale. "Come into exiatence" and "cominq into_
exiBtence" shall, for the purpoee of this mortqage, mean bloom in
the case of crops from perennial plantings and orchards, and shall -
mean planting in the case of cropa from annual or more frequent
plaritings. Nothing herein contained, howeves, ehall operate to
subordinate the lien of this mortgage as affecting trees or other
perennial plants but shall ao operate as to the crops harveated
therefrom.
