(a) As to the sale of Parcel 1 a~s described in paraqraph 12
of this j~dqment: up to and includinq $19?,218.~08 (which sum
represents the amount du4 on "Note l,"~the amount due"on "Note 5"
and one-third of the amount due for advances, fees and co.sts, all
as set forth in paragraph 9 above) PLUS the Clerk's sale fee and
the cost of publishinq the Notice of Sale applicable to this
respective parcel, PLUS one-third of-such further advances to
Receiver and of other- costs and exper~ses as may be expended by the
Plaintiff in the prosecution of this action, and TOGETHER WiTH interest
on the total of the sums described in this subparagraph at the legal
rate thmuqh the aforesaid date of sale; _
(b} As to the sale of Parcel 2 as described in paragraph 12 of ~
this judgment: up to and including 5383,132.52 (which sum represents
the amount due on "Note 2," the amount due on "Note 4," the amount
due on "Note 5" and one-third of the-amount due for advances, fees
and costs,-all as set forth in paraqraph 9 above) PLUS the Clerk's_ sale

f fee and the cost of publishing the Notice of Sale applicable to this

respective parcel, PLUS.one-third of such fuicther advances to Receiver
~ and of other costs and expenses as may be expended by the Plaintiff in

~ (c) As to the sale of Parcel 3 as described in paragraph 12
~ of this judqment: up to and ~including $378,659.63 (which sum represents
the amount due on "Note 3," the amount due on "Note 4" and one-third of ~
the amount due for advances, fees and costs, all as set forth in ~
paragraph 9 above) PLUS the Clerk's sale fee and the cost of publishing
the Notice of~Sale applicable to this respective parcel, PLUS one-third
