Sale, the Clerk shall thereupon complete and lile in this proceeding

sales, after which the ealea ahall st~nd confiszned as certilied by

~ the Clerk, and the title to the property aloresaid ahall pass fully
and completely to the respective purchaser named in the respective .
Certificates of Title. Objection filed as to any one sale shall not
delay the filinq of the Certificate of Title and confinmation of
any of the other sales.
15. Upon the filinq of the Certificates of Title by the Clerk, -
he shall disburse the proceedB of each of the respective sa~es in

(a~ He ahall retain his fee_and shall satisfy

(b) The remainder of the proceeds of the sale,
