LAST WILL AND TBSTAMSNT .

BDWARD WILDER KINGSBURY

I, SDWARD WILDSR KINGSBURY, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, ~
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Teatament, hereby revoking all
former Wills by me at any time made, and intending hereby to_devise
and bequeath all of the property, both real or personal, of which I
may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the
time of my death, wherever the same may be situated, as follows, to- s
wit: - ' -
FIRST: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of ~
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as` is
practicable.
SECOND: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my property,
whether real, personal, or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto .
my wife, KITPY $R'F~L KINGS~IRY, to have and to hold unto herself ab-
solutely and forever. ~
TfiIRD: In the event my wife, KITTY ET~L KINGSBURY, fails to
survive me by thirty (30) days, then I give, devise and bequeath all
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal, - ~
~ or mixed, unto my Son, SAMUEL ROB$RT~KINGSBURY, to have and to hold
; unto himself, absolutely and forever.
FOURTH: I hereby constitute and appoint my Son, SAMUEL ROBERT ,
; KINGSBURY, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and I direct
~ that he shall not be required to give any bond or other security for ~
i the faithful performance of his duties. - ;
i IN WITNESS WI~:RSOF, I have hereunto subscribed my hand and seal,
~ and publish and declare this instrument to~be my Last Will and Testa-
~ ment, in the presence of the witnesses named hereinafter, on~this the
; i3.~ day of March, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine
