the testimony of witnesses and the arguments of counsel, and
being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Frank H. Fee, III, Esquire of the firm of

Fee, Parker & Fee, P.A. shall receive the sum of $6,500 from
the plaintiff Department as a reasonable fee for his services
; rendered in this cause, up to and includinq this hearinq. -
