3. That the sums itemized in Paraqrapha 1 and 2 above,
totallinq $11,404, shall be disrursed by the Clerk by check
payable to Fee, Parker & Fee, P.A., as Trustee, and the safd
Fee, Parker & Fee, P.A., as Trustee, shall immediately thereafter
by its trust checks disburse the appropriate anwunts to the
- named individuals or firms.

4. That in the event there are insufficient funds now
on.deposit in the Court Registry, the plaintiff Department be
and it is hereby directed to make~.an additional deposit of
funds forthwith so that sufficient funds will be on hand for the
Clerk to disburse $11,404 as the proper costs of this proceedinq,
includinq attorneys' fees, that are hereby taxed aqainst the -
plaintiff Department.
