THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Motion of the
Plaintiff, and the Court being advised in the premises, upon
consideration thereof it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AND~DECREED as follows:

Defendant in this cause; that ZERION SIMPSON and MARY LEE

failed to file or serve their answer and/or other pleading within
