This cause came on for trial the 6th day of January, 1977, and

and deternnines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably~broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
~ ORDERSD AND ADJUDGED as follows:
f 1. DISSOLUT~ON OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CHARLES MOCK,

j dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereb~-forever freed •
