for Suiamary Final Judqment and the CQnrt beinq fully advised in the
premiaes, it is thereupon ~ _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. That this Court has jurisdiction over.this cause and
the snbject matter and the parties. '
2. That the mortqaqe_herein sued upon by the Plaintiff was t.

LOIS C. PARRISH, his wife, which property is hereinafter described. _

~ and interest upon the said note constitutes a breach of the covenae~s
~ of the mortgage herein sued upon.
