at public sale to the hiqheat-bidder for cash, free, clear and_dis-
charqed of and from any and all claima, liens, encumbrances, riqhts
and equity and interest of the said Defendants, JOSEPH EUGENS PARRISH
and LOIS C. PARRISH, his wife, which sale shall be held by the Clerk -
