10. Upon the issuance and filinq of the Certificate of

corporation, and RICAARD M. ALBSRT and PATRICIA ANN ALBERT, hi•~wife,
and all claimAnts by, throuqh, vu~der or againat t2iem shall stand and
_be forever barred and forecloaed of any riqht and all eatate, riqhts,~ _
interest, demands and equities of redemption in and to the said
mortgaqed property and every part and parcel thereof, and upon
production of said Certiticate of Title, the said Defendants, and
