for the payment whereof well and truly to be made, we bind oureelves,
our heirs, executors and administratore, jointly and severally,
firmly by these presents.
NOW THE OONDITIONS of this~Qbligation are such, that
_ whereas the said HAROLD J. ROTHE, the Defendant in the above sty~ed .
and entitled cause, was at a term of the above named Court on the
lOth day of Navembe=, A.D. 1975, convicted of the crime.of murder
in the second deg~'ee, whereupon a final judgment and sen~ence were
thereafter mad, entered and inpoeed against and upon the said Defen-
dant and whereas the eaid Defendant being dissatisfied with the
j~dgment and sentence of said Court did on the lOth day of November,
A.D. 1975, sue out an appeal to the District Court Of Appeal Of
Florida, Fourth District.
