- THIS CAUSE came on ~or trial this 7th day of Janu~ry, A.D.
197~, and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evi- -
dence, finds and- determines: This Court has }urisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
~
~ parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. ~-t is,
therefore, . ,

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriag~ between DAVID
STUART and GILDA STUART be, and it is hereby, dissolved, and the parties,
` and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
~ ~
~ heretofore existing between them, and from the obligations arising
~
` the re f rom.
~
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DAVID SPACE STUART, minor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to GILDA STUART,-with reasonable
~i - -
f visitation rights reserved to DAVID STUART.

- 3. CHILD SiJPPORT. Commencing the date this Final Judg-
. .
; ment is entered,,DAVID STUART shall pay to GILDA STUAP.T, the sum of

~ One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each and every month, for the support

i of the minor child nampd above, as per the Addendum entered into be-
tween the parties, until said child is emancipated oir self-supporting,
~whichever occurs first. - -
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted prompt2y to GILDA STUAP.T. In-addition, there is here-
by assessed the swn of One Dollar ($1.00) as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made
~ -
~ in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
