DISSOLVPION OF NARRZAGE
This cause came on for trial the 30th~dny of December, 1976 and the
Court havinq given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
~ of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife noW exists between the
_ parties; and that the marriaqe between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon

f children of the parties, is hereby awarded to SUSAN MARY MAULDIN with reason-

able visitation rights reserved to BOB L$E MAULDIN. In addition, the Husband
wi21 be allowed visitation With the children on the first Sunday of each month .
between the houi*s of nine a.m. and six p.m., comaencinq Friday, January 7,

~ six p.m. on Friday until six p.m. on Sunday once each month, coa~encinq on the

! Friday precedinq the third Sunday; the first of such visitation periods shall

I be from January-14 to January 16, 1977. The Husband shall have rights of
~ visitation with the minor children above named on alternate l~qal holidays
oommencing January 1, 1977. The Husband has the right to remove the minor
' chfldren from the home of the Wife on the Sunday visitations, the weekend

; visftations and the alternate legal holidays. The Husband shall be responsible
