for the transportation of the minor children to and from the residence of
the t~life when exercfsing his visitation rights. The Husband shall not be
under_the influence of, or consume, any alcoholic beverage while exercising
any visitation privileqe with the minor children.

,~`',~7 3. The Husband shall pay to the wife the sum of $32.50~ each Week
for the support of each~of the minor children above name~. The first payment
shall be made on I~onday, January 3, 19~7, the second payment shall be made on
Friday, January 7, 1977 and all subsequent payments on Friday of each week ~
thereafter.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Oourt and by him
remitted promptly to SUSAN MARY MAULDIN. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing.

i 4. By appropriate instrument the Husband shall oonvey to the Wife
his interest in the marital home and property located at Z202 Elizabeth Avenue,
Ft. Pierce, Florida subject to the outstandinq liens thereon.

furniture and furnishinqs located in the marital dwellinq ~t 2202 Elizabeth -
` Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida except for the personal effects of the Husband,

which the Husband has a right to forthwith remove from said dwelling.

~ 7. By appropriate instrument the Wife shall convey to the Husband
; her interest in the 1974 OZds~obile automobile now in the possession of the
Husband, together with the license plate.
8. The Husband shall execute all forms necessary to transfer to
the Wife exclusive ownership of New England Mutual Life Insurance-Company
