This cause came on for trial the 7th da~y of January, 1977, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: Tfiis Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter
of this suit; that the-relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon .
ORDERED and AQIUDGEO as follows: ~
. 1. The marriage between CLYDE HISSONG and BARBARA LEE HISSONG
be and the same is hereby dfssolved, and the parties and each of them are
hereby forever fr~ed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore exis~ing between
them and from the obligations arising therefram. ;
