1. That BOBRAY R. MIALKER hereinafter referred to as Mr. Walker, ~
has been in3ured and is presently expecting an "~ard under workmen's
i Canpensation and due to the in~ury under which the award is being made,

i Mr. Nalker has been unable to earn-as much income as- ordinarily running to
him, and,

~ 3. Whereas, NANCYE V. WALKER BROWN hereinafter referred to as
~ Mrs. Brown has agreed to farego suppor~ monies from Mr. Malker during the
f period of the convalescenoe of the latter, the parties have further agreed -

that at such time as Mr. Walker's income is resumed either by regular
~ compensation payn~ents and/or by lunp award, that the arrearage which has
~ accrued and wi11 accrue during the time of his convalescence, will be repaid
~
i and brought up to date as far as the lunp sum pa~yment w111 go toward the same

f in the event he settles his workmen's compensation for a lunp sun or in the
. absence thereof, that he will, upon the award being made,-resume his heretofore ~
k
ordered chi ld support pa~yments and rri 11 add thereto, the payment of ~10.00
' per week unt11 the arrearage has been caught up.
