This cause came on for trial the 30th day of-December, 1976, '
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
j Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriaqe between
~

~ the_parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolves~. It is

thereupon -
ORD$RED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

; 1. The marriage between JAMSS GAUSE and MILDRED GAUSE be

_ and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are

hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. _ Custody of JAMES FRANIQ,IN GAUSE, minor child of the
~ parties, is hereby awarded to MILDRED GAUSE with reasonable visitation

j rights reserved to JA1~S.GAUSE, the Husband shall have bi-weekly
f
~ visitation rights of the child from 6:00 p.m. on Friday to 6:00 p.m.

~ on Sunday beginning January 7, 1977. In addition thereto the Husband
i
shall have visitation rights of the child during the summer months .
for a period of two weeks which shall coincide with the Husband's
vacation. The Husband shall upon the end of each custodian period
promptly and without fa~l deliver the child to the residence of the
Mother, MILDRBD GAUSB, at the end of each visitation period.
