3. Commencing the 3rd day of January 1977, ~MES GAUSE, ~
shall pa?y to MILDRSD GAUSB the sum of $25.00 each an8 every week for
the support of the child named above. . _
Each payment shall-be made to the Clerk of this Court
and.by him remitted promptly to MILDRBD GAUS$. In addition there is
hereby aesessed.the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be aaaea to
each payment made to the Clerk. A 11 payments ehall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to ~
keep the Clerk of this Court_advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. The property stipulation stipulated into evidence is
hereby approved and the parties are ordered to carry out the terms
of said Stipulation as follows:
- Lots 36 and 37, Block 22, IAIDIAN
~ RIVBR, Unit 6, as per plat thereof
~ on file in Plat Book 10, Page 57, ,
, public records of St. Lucie County,

E shall be appraised by George Saleeby. Upon the appraisal the Husband

shall have thirty days in which to purchase the Wife's one-half equity
of said property subject to the mortgage of the First Fecleral Savings
and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, Florida. In the event the
parties are unable to come to an agreement on the Husband's purchase -

of said property, then in that event the Court shall enter a supple- -
mental Order requiring the property to be partitioned and sold at
public sale after proper advertising according to law and such sums
received from such sale less fees and costs of the sale shall be
divided equally between the parties, subject however to the mortgage
of First Federal Savings and Loan Association as noted above. In
addition thereto the Wife shall be entitled to certain furniture and
