personal effects prior to the sale of the house, which property is
declarecl by the Court to be hers: stereo and records; radio; three
dressers, one with mirror; some~dishes; some blankets; some pots
and pans; washing machine; boy's bunk bed; vanity and mirror; antique
end table with eaqle claw feet; one lamp, certain antique dishes;
plug-in•heaters and fans; one jon boat and outboard motor; ~ersonal .
photos of the Wife; school pictures of the boy; antique table mirror
with legs; and miacellaneous peraonal effects of the Wife and children.
The Wife shall be entitled to remove the abov~ items at any time before
sale~or transfer of the house without interference from the Hus'band.
5. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained ~
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
6. The Court determines the sum of Four Hunared Dollars
($400.00) to be a reasonable fee ~for the Wife's attorney for his
services herein and JAMES GAUSE is orderec~ to pay said attorney said -
fee, which is in addition to the Fifty Dollars ($50.00) already
advanced by the Wife.to her attorney as costs and fees.
7. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
