A certain promissory note executed by Indianola

dated December 20, 1972 executed by the same parties and
recorded on December 21, 1972 -in~St. Lucie County, Florida
in O.R. Book 209 at page 868 which mortgage is now a valid
first lien on all of that certain real property lying in St.
Lucie County, Florida; a more particular description being
specifically set out herein as follows:
