SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNQW ALL MF.N BY THESE PRESENTS that SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIF. COt]NTY
the owner and holder of that certain mortgage and the indebtedness secured there-
by. executed by JOHN WALTER HEBB, SR. . and GENF. S. HEBB. his wife. under
date of March 3. 1976, recorded in Official Record Book 249, page 1880, St.
Lucie County, Florida, public records, encumbering real property situate in
St. L.ucie Cc~nty, Florida, as follows;
The East 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the NE; of the SE4
of Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 39 East. LESS
the West 300 feet of the South 320 feet and LESS also .
the South 270 feet of the East 36238 feet.
At the request of said mortgagors and in consideration of the sum of $10. 00 and
other valuabie considerations inuring to the undersigned from First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, does hereby subordinate the lien
and operation of said mortgage to the lien and operation of that certain mort-
gage, and the indebtedness secured thereby executed by the said mortgagors
to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE
under date of December 28, 1946, recorded in O. R. Book 262, page 130, St.
Lucie County. Florida, public records, securing the sum of $48.000. 00. and
encumbering the above described real property, in the same manner and effect
as if said mortgage had been dated.and filed for public records prior to and in
advance af the mortgage held by the undersigned which is hereby subordinated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said corporation has caused these presents to be
executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by ite pro- :
