O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on the consent of counsel
of record for the parties as to the custody of the two minor
children, and the court being fully advised in the premises; it
i is thereupon
~ ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
~
1. That custody of the minor children, LAURA ELLEN
CROGHAN and MICHAEL TfiOMAS CROGHAN, issue of the parties hereto -
is hereby granted to .7EROME T. CROGHAN, granting unto MILDRED C.
CROGHAN reasonable rights of visitation.
2. That the Husband, JEROME T. CROGHAN, has the right to
rernove the minor children from the state of Florida.
3. That the Wife, MILDRED C. CROGHAN, shall have exclusive
right to the use and occupancy of the dwelling located at Route 5,
Box 785, Orange Avenue Extension in St. Lucie County, Florida,
until October 1, 1977 at which time she agrees to vacate the
dwelling.
4. That the Husband, JEROME T. CROGHAN, shall pay to
the Wife, MILDRED C. CROGHAN, rehabilitative alimony in the
