5. That in the event the Wife, MILDRED C. CROGHAN
regains custody of the minor children, the Husband, JEROME T.
CROGHAN shall furnish a place for the said MILDRED C. CROGI-~?N
and the minor children to reside and to pay to the said MILDRED
