Yierce, Florida, the sum of $ 11,200.00 tirith interest frcm date at the rate of
0.75 per annum, in monthly installments as follaws: $ ZI2.00 on the

Each installment first shall be applied in payment of ths interest and then on

holder, and ~~ithout any other natice, all the remaining installments shall be due and
payable at once. Privilege is given to prepay this note in Whole or in part at any
tir~ ~rithout penalty. Neither forbearance, nor acceotance by the holcier thereo£
after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deened extension. A late payment

monthly installment not then received. '
