NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, simultaneously with the ~

filing hereof, suit has been instituted in the Circuit Court
-of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, by M. A. RAMSEY and PHILLIP P. ZIPES, plain-
tiffs, against RYERSON & HAYNES REALTY, INC., and SOUTHEAST~
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, defendants, involving the real
property described herein. The relief sought is a foreclosure
~ of the mortgage recorded in Official Record Book 215 at page
2149, of the public records of St. Lucie--~ou~`-n~y, Florida,
encumbering the following property:
A parcel of land lying in Sections 26, 27, 34 and 35,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of the East 1/2 of the South-
east 1/4 of said Section 27, run South 89° 15' S6"
East 130 feet for the point of beginning; thence run ~
South 02° 04' 47" West parallel with the West line of
the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, 26~0.21
feet to the South line of said Section 27; thence run
South 00° 35' 43" West in Section 34`, 1500.94 feet;
thence run South 89° 27' 30" East 1206.73 feet to the
East line of said Section 34; thence continue South

1/4 of Section 26; thence run North 89° 20' West 106.96
feet to the West line of Section 26; thence run North
89° 15'-56" West into Section 27, 1224.82 feet to the
point of beginning.
