East 1224.82 feet to the Northeast corner of the South-
east lj4 of said Section 27; thence run South 89° 20'
East 105.96 feet to the Westerly line of the property
owned by the City of Fort Pierce; thence run South 33°
34' 33" East along said property line 1444.18 feet;
thence run North 89° 15' S6" West 2173.83 feet to a
point 130 feet East of the West line of the East 1/2
of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 27; thence run
North 02° 04' 47" East parallel with said West line
1193.10 feet to the point of beginning of said parcel.
