KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MIAMI NATIONAL I3ANK
the holder of a mortgage dated December 13, 1971, recorded
De~ember 17, 1971, in Official Records Book 198, at page 725,
of the Public Records of St Lucie County, Florida, given by
INTERSTATE HIGHWAY INVESTMENT CORPORATION, has, upon satisfactory
proof that independent third party purchasers have performed the
terms of ~heir respective Agreements for Deed causing INTERSTATE
HIGHWAY INVESTMENT CORPORATION to convey title, releasec~ the land
described in a one page exhibit attached hereto from the lien and
effect of said mortgage as provided within said mortgage and
direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court to note the same upon the •
margin of the record of said mortgage.
