proof that independent third party purchasers have performed the
terms of their respective Agreements for Deed causing INTERSTATE
HIGHWAY INVESTMENT CORPORATION to convey title, released the land ~s
described in a one page exhibit attached hereto from the lien and
effect of said mortgage as provided within said mortgage and
direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court to note the same upon the
margin of the record of said mortc~age.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, it has caused this Partial Release of
