IT IS- HEREBY STIP ULATED by and between counsel hereto,
being the counsel for all parties, that the above captioned
' matter now set for trial on January 27, 1977 be continued on the
grounds that attorneys for the Plaintiff have a conflict involving
a jury trial presently scheduled for trial in the Circuit
Court of Martin County, Florida during the time allotted for trial
of the above styled cause.
