That, JOHN R. FURLONG, as natural father and next friend -

acknowledge full payment of the Final Judgment heretofore
entered in said cause; and, the Plaintiff_s do herebv request
and direct the Clerk of the above-entitled Court to cancel
and satisfy of_ Record the Final Jud_qment heretofore entered
in said cause; and,
That JOHN R. FtTRLONr, actinq in the several capacities
of natural father and next friend of the minor Plaintiff,
SANDRA FURLONG, and individually, do herebv in consideration
of the total sum af $7,500.00 to them in hand paid in
accordance with the requirements of said Final Judgment, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do remise, release
and forever discharge the Defendants, ALLSTATE INSURANCE
COMPANY, DOROTHY KAUFMAN and ~Y.ELDnN H. RIFKTN, and a1_1 persons,
firms or corporations in privity with them of and from the said
Final Judgment rendered in the said cause, and all manners
of action, causes of action, and damages, nast, present and
f_uture, belonginc~ to, or sustained by, the Plaintiff_s in said
cause, on account of any and all injuries now known or .
hereafter known resulting of_ and from the accident which occurred
on or about July 13, 1975, on S. Ocean Drive, in Fort Pierce,
