COUNTY POLLUTION CONTROL RE~/ENUE BONDS
(FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY PROJECT),
SERIES A.
Said Resolution ~o. 73-132 amended Resolution No. 73-118 to
reduce the amount of bonds authori2ed by said Resolution to
an amount not to exceed $25,000,000 for the purpose of
paying a part of the cost of that part of the Pro~ect identified
as Items VI, VII, VIII and XII in-Exhibit A attached to
the Original Contract and which were to be ~cquired, con-
structed and installed i~ or on or to the benefi* of Unit
No. 1 at the P2an~ (the "First Phase Pro~~ct"). F
(h) On January 11, 1974, pursuant to proceedings duly
had and taken in the Circuit Court of the Nine~~enth Judicial
Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, under the provisions of
Chapter 75, ~loriaa S~atutes, as anended, said Court rendered
a~udgment validating 2nd confirming said 525,000,000 bonds
• to be 'ssued to pay a part of the cost o~ the-Firsr °hase
Pro.~ect. Said ~judgment was dul~ recorded or. Januar;~ 11,
1974 in ~~':°icial R~cord Boo~c 222 of t'r,e pub' =c reccrds in
~he Office of the Cler~c of said Court .
