VII, Section 10 of the Florida Constitution, determined in
the Original Series B Bond Resolution that the interest on
tre re•renue bonds to be issued by the County to pay the cost
of the Original Second Phase Pro~ect would, sub~ect ~o a
favorab2e ruling of the Znternal Revenue Service, be exempt
from income taxes under existi~g laws of the United States,
such determination being made an the basis of certain documents,
including certain wri~ten s~atements of the County Administrator
supported by Company and independent engineers and an engineering
certificate of Company and independent engineers described
in Section 1(.c; and (d} of the Original Series B Bond Reso~ution,
that established compliance with Sectivn 103(b)(4)(E) 2nd
(F) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, and
Regulations §1.103-8(a)(5) and §1.103-8(f) and (g) of tr.e
I3epartment of the Treasury as prescribed by T.D. 7199•
(n) On August_18, 1974, the County, as so requested
and on such basis, adopted t~e Or~ginal Series B Bor.d Resolu-
tion authori~ing the issuar.ce of not exceeding S5Q,000,000
principal a~ount o~ its r°venue bonds to pay a part of *~e
cost of the Original Secor.d Phase °ro~ect.
