required, the obligation to operate, reoair and
maintain the Pro~ect at its own expense and such ~
other obligations and resp~nsibilities as are imposed
under the Contract;
(3) the County wil~ be able to cope satisfactorily
•aith the i~pact of the Pro~ect and will he able to
orovide, or cause to be provided when needed, the
publ3c facilities, including utilities and public
services, that will be necessary for the construction,
operation, repair and maintenance of the Pro~ect and
on accounti of any increase in populatio~ or other
circ~.unstances rssulting therefrom; and ~
(4) adequate provision has been made in the
Contract for the operation, reoair and maintenance
of the Pro~ec~ at the exper~;e of the Company and for

the payment by the Compan;~ of the purchase price for '
the Pro~ect in installments sufficient to oay the
principal of and the interest on the Bonds.
