principal amount of coupon bonds of the same maturity, bearing
interest at the`same rate and having attached thereto coupons
representing all unpaid interes~ due or to become due tihereon,
or registered bonds without coupons of the sa~e maturity, o° -
authorized denominations and bearing interest at the same rate;
and coupon bonds with all coupons apoertair.ing thereto represer.t-

ing aIl unpaid ir,teresL due or to become due thereon may in
like manner be exchanged for an equal aggregate orir,cipal amount
of registered bonds wi~hout coupons of the sa~e maturity, of
authorized denominations and bearing interest at the same rate.
Both the princi~al of and the interest on the Series
B Bonds will be payable in any coin vr currency of the United.
States of America ~~hich on 4he respect~ve dates of ~ayment
thereof is legal ~ender ~or ~he payment of public and private
debts. Thz principal of coupon bonds (unless registered)-and the
