of the Chairman of the Board and will be signed by the Clerk
or any Deputy Clerk of the Board, and a facsimile of the
official seal of the County shall be imprinted thereon. The
. coupons attached to the coupon bonds will bear the facsimile
signature of the Chairman of the Board. In case any officer
whose signature or facsimile signature appears on any
Series B Bonds or whose facsimile signature appears on any
coupons shall cease to be such officer before the delivery
of such bonds, such signature or facsimile signature wi?1
nevertheless be valid and sufficient for all purposes the
same as if he had remained in office until such delivery,
and also any Series B Bond may ~ear *he signature or facsimi2e
signature of such persons as at the actual time of the
execution af such bond are the proper offi~e:s to sign such
bond although ati the date of s~~~h bond s4ch persons may not

have been such officers. The Series B Bonds and the interest
coupons to be attached thereto, and t he certificate of
authentication by the Trustee ur.der the Indenture, tr.e
_ s~atement of valida*ion and the arovisions for :egistration ~
ta be endorsed on th~ Series E Bor~ds wiil be, respectively,
substantially in the fo~ms set :or~h in the Indenture.
